3. Publishing Listings

By publishing a listing, the user guarantees that:

- they are the owner of the property or have authorization to advertise it

- all information in the listing is accurate, truthful, and up to date

- the content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights

It is prohibited to publish:

- false or misleading listings

- listings with inaccurate prices or information

- content that is offensive, discriminatory, or illegal

The platform reserves the right to modify or remove a listing without prior notice if it does not comply with these rules.

4. Liability

The platform does not act as an intermediary in the sale or rental of real estate and assumes no responsibility for:

- the accuracy of information in listings

- agreements concluded between users

- any damage or loss arising from the use of the platform

All transactions and agreements are concluded directly between users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, design, logo, and functionalities, is the property of the platform and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
